"I was an Acting Manager of Distribution Operations for the US Postal Service. Although I had a great title and great pay, it came with lots of hours and very little time for anything else. Because I enjoy helping people, I decided to enter the insurance industry in 2009. After receiving my license, I became an agent, but received little training or support.
